Our busy lives often interfere with the ability to feel calm and happy. We all strive for each day to be filled with accomplishments. However, in order to have a balanced existence between the manic and the mundane, it is important to learn how to find inner-peace in the moments you need it most and how to center yourself when you're feeling out of control. To help you achieve this balance, Katalin Rodriguez Zamiar has created a meditation program inspired by Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga with simple, easy-to-follow standing movements and specific breathing techniques to help you transcend into a place of stillness. This program begins by using the inertia that our bodies create with cleansing breath for an integrative practice that you may use daily. After the movement segment, you will continue the meditation in a cross-legged position exploring stillness.
